Lacy Rand is a student at the Athena Academy on Caprica and a close friend of Zoe Graystone. Along with Zoe and Zoe’s boyfriend, Ben Stark, she spends a great deal of time in a virtual reality-created club through the use of the Holoband. Unbeknownst to the adults in their lives, Lacy, Zoe and Stark are doing more than just socializing at school and in the world of the Holoband. Their exploration of some radical ideology could lead down a dark and dangerous path.
Magda began acting at the age of 15 and has never looked back. After appearing in The Bionic Woman, The L Word, Jeremiah and John Doe, she moved on to TV movies and feature films like Devil’s Diary, Butterfly Effect, Slither and Holiday Wishes and the mini-series Andromeda Strain. Magda also played the lead in Riverburn, which won the best short film award at the Vancouver Film Festival.
Magda continues to thrive and has landed recurring roles in recent years on shows like Cold Squad and the ABC Family Channel’s Kyle XY, and a series regular role on Renegadepress.com.
